The unit has a very strong heating element that is different to handle compared to a slow heating ceramic element on a ‘vacuum former’ style unit. Therefore material heating timing is important and might take a little trial and error to perfect if you are not used to it.

• Please be aware: Pressure Former technology pushs down the material over the model from top filling a chamber with high pressure compressed air to give superior adaption results. (Different to a Vacuum Former which is cheaper, that draws down the material over the model with a vacuum pump from the bottom)
• Suits both 120mm + 125mm round thermoforming materials
• Programmable Heating / Cooling Times with 10 Memory Slots
  • Working out correct heating times, is a manual trial and error. Depending on material brand, colour, thickness etc
• CPU Version 2 (Since 29.10.20) - Now with improved function. Heating cycle can be broken early and it will sill now allow user to complete the full process.
• Material thicknesses from 0,1 to 5,0 mm
• Working Pressure 0.5 – 6 bar
• Suitable for all applications including mouthguards, retainers, laminate, splints, and bleaching trays.
• Operating parameters are programmed with operating keys. All important information can be viewed on display

  • Supplied with 6mm air hose plus same Fittings that might suit your air line styles.
